Hi! I’m Danielle, the face behind Latched at First Sight and a proud mom of three girls—ages 8, 5, and our newest addition, born in February 2024. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Delaware in 2011 and have worked as an RN in cardiac, oncology, and step-down units. Since 2014, I’ve been dedicated to the Mother-Baby (Postpartum) floor at a local hospital, where I continue to support new families.

In 2021, I achieved my dream of becoming an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), allowing me to provide personalized guidance to families from pregnancy through postpartum. Becoming a mother made me realize just how much support parents need during this transition, and I’m passionate about helping them navigate feeding, growth, and bonding with confidence.

Beyond my work, I run on coffee, have a serious love for chocolate, enjoy exercising, and cherish time with my family.

My space is always a judgment-free zone, where every parent is supported on their unique journey!

“I believe breastfeeding and feeding support is needed prenatally to postpartum to help provide the foundation for a successful journey. Through my experience as a nurse, IBCLC, and mom I can provide that professional support that feels comfortable.”
