Hi! I’m Danielle
The face behind Latched at First Sight and a proud mom of three beautiful and energetic girls—ages 8, 5 and 1.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Delaware in 2011 and have worked as an RN in cardiac, oncology, and step-down units. Since 2014, I’ve been growing my passion for postpartum care on the Mother-Baby (Postpartum) floor at a local hospital, where I continue to support families through those first beautiful, challenging moments.

In 2021, I achieved my dream of becoming an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), allowing me to guide families through every stage—from pregnancy to postpartum—with personalized, compassionate support. And in 2022, Latched at First Sight was born—a practice where I could extend that support even further, offering in-home and virtual lactation care to families across Massachusetts.

Becoming a mother myself showed me just how much care new parents need, and I’m deeply passionate about helping them feel confident in feeding, bonding, and watching their babies grow.

When I’m not supporting families, you’ll find me running on coffee, indulging in chocolate, getting in a workout, or spending time with my crew.

My practice is always a judgment-free zone—because every parent deserves support, encouragement, and care on their unique journey.

“I believe breastfeeding and feeding support is needed prenatally to postpartum to help provide the foundation for a successful journey. Through my experience as a nurse, IBCLC, and mom I can provide that professional support that feels comfortable.”
